EPHS Athletic Clearance - Cross Country & Cheer

ImPACT Baseline test on your clearance date.  (All freshman, new, or transfer students who have not been ImPACT tested.) Items Needed:  Complete (or update) registration at www.familyid.com, copy of current insurance card, copy of current physical or bring copy of new physical.  Pick up physical form in the Athletic Office.
